It appears only after readiness, not interest.
There is no "apply" button.
There is no assurance of acceptance.
There is no guarantee of continuation.
The application is not evaluated by logic.
It is felt.
Some will be asked to wait.
Some will be asked to leave.
Some will be asked to stay — and never be the same again.
